Location: Halifax

We are looking for an enthusiastic IP Administrator to join our Halifax office. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your IP experience, within a supportive and knowledgeable team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare forms for filing patent applications, ensuring excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prepare and file supporting documentation at various Patent Offices, using relevant online systems where required
  • Prepare documents and correspondence for clients and overseas agents, with technically challenging content
  • Create and process invoices, including complex invoices
  • Review and action workflow correspondence, prioritising urgent deadlines
  • Work collaboratively across teams, undertaking a variety of tasks as required

Skills Knowledge, and Expertise

  • Strong administration skills with a process-driven, detail orientated approach
  • Experience in IP Administration/Formalities advantageous
  • Excellent analytical, organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to produce high-quality work efficiently and to strict deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
