Absoft, an Applexus Company, is looking for a Consulting Lead - FICO to join our team. As a leading SAP Consultancy, we specialise in partnering with our customers to ensure we provide the very best, most innovative, and cost-effective solutions to meet the ever-changing challenges of a fast-paced business world.
A bit about the role
As an SAP FICO Consulting Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our client base with their on-premises and cloud-based SAP solutions. In this dynamic and client-facing role, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things related to SAP FICO. As a trusted adviser, you’ll need to collaborate closely with our clients to understand their unique business needs and challenges. In addition to leading delivery, you’ll play a key role in shaping and presenting solutions during presales engagements, acting as a trusted advisor to both new and existing clients.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and participate in full lifecycle implementations of SAP FI/CO modules, from requirement gathering to post-implementation support
- Running client workshops, gathering requirements and translating finance needs into SAP best practices
- Leading pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, presentations and client discussions
- Collaborating with sales team to shape go-to-market strategies for SAP FICO offerings
- Collaborating cross-functionally with other consultants to ensure seamless integration and data consistency
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development within the team
- Independently create well-founded and accurate functional specifications
- Maintaining accurate documentation of SAP systems and business procedures
- Participate in proof of concepts and develop re-usable solutions and components to get the Practise ready for future projects and prospective customers
What we’re looking for
- Excellent hands-on functional configuration experience across FICO, including full end-to-end project lifecycles
- A business process expert, who can provide sound advice to customers on best practice with SAP FICO
- Experience in contributing to pre-sales activities, including proposal and presentation input
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and articulate complex solutions in a clear, compelling manner
- Experience in developing and delivering client presentations and demos
- SAP Business Process Integration knowledge across SAP Modules (MM/SD/PM/HR)
- Good knowledge of Fiori apps and their use and set-up
- Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA and PS
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
