A bit about the role: We are introducing a pivotal leadership role to strengthen our ability to deliver exceptional client outcomes and drive strategic growth. You will oversee some of our most important customer relationships, ensuring we maximise value and build long-term partnerships. This role combines commercial acumen with a passion for client success. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding strategic account plans, identifying white space opportunities, and ensuring we deliver solutions that align with our customers’ evolving needs. Beyond client engagement, you will play a critical role in mentoring and developing our Account Management team - helping them unlock growth within their portfolios and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Working closely with internal teams, you will champion initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen partnerships, and deliver measurable business impact.
What you’ll be doing: Key Responsibilities will include:
- Own and develop relationships with key strategic accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
- Build and execute multi-year account growth plans aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and close white space opportunities across services and solutions.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide effective line management for existing Accounts Team.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance commercial and relationship management skills.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development within the team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and customer-centricity.
