*A bit about the roles*
We’re investing in the leadership of our SAP Finance practice and are hiring for two senior roles. Both are client-facing, both work with senior finance leaders on S/4HANA transformation, and both will shape how our Finance practice grows. They differ in focus:
* Associate Director (Delivery) – accountable for the successful delivery and commercial performance of SAP Finance engagements across a portfolio of clients, and for leading our finance delivery teams.
* Director (Solution Architect) – our senior design authority for SAP S/4HANA Finance, owning end-to-end finance architecture and leading the solution on major bids.

*What you’ll be doing*
*Associate Director (Delivery)*
* Take overall accountability for SAP S/4HANA Finance engagements across multiple clients, including scope, quality, timelines and budget
* Own senior client relationships with Finance Directors and programme sponsors
* Manage the commercial performance of your engagements, including margin, utilisation, change control and forecasting
* Lead finance pre-sales pursuits, including proposals, RFP responses, estimates and statements of work
* Lead and line-manage Consulting Leads and consultants, including resourcing and career development
* Provide delivery assurance across engagements and step in on escalations
*Director (Solution Architect)*
* Act as design authority for SAP S/4HANA Finance, owning end-to-end architecture across record-to-report and related processes
* Design enterprise finance structures, including multi-entity, multi-ledger and intercompany scenarios, and Group Reporting or Central Finance where relevant
* Define integration architecture across SAP and non-SAP systems and set the approach to finance data migration
* Lead strategic design sessions with CFOs and Finance Transformation leads, shaping S/4HANA roadmaps
* Act as solution lead on major bids, owning the solution design, estimates and technical risk position
* Set and govern design standards and be the senior escalation point for complex design challenges
In both roles, you’ll mentor senior consultants and leads, and help grow the practice through new offerings, reusable assets and capability building.
*What we’re looking for*
*Essential experience for both roles*
* Extensive SAP Finance consulting experience, including multiple S/4HANA implementations
* Deep expertise across FI/CO and end-to-end record-to-report processes
* Strong understanding of finance integration across SAP (MM, SD, PS and beyond)
* Demonstrable pre-sales experience, including solution input, estimates and client presentations
* Ability to engage, influence and challenge senior finance stakeholders
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business outcomes
For Associate Director, we’d also expect:
* Proven experience leading SAP Finance programmes or large workstreams, with accountability for delivery outcomes
* Experience managing budgets, margin and change control, and line-managing consultants and leads
For Director (Solution Architect), we’d also expect:
* Proven experience as Solution Architect or design authority on large-scale, complex SAP Finance programmes
* Experience designing enterprise finance structures and engaging at CFO and Board level
*Desirable experience*
* Exposure to Treasury (TRM), Joint Venture Accounting (JVA), Group Reporting or Central Finance
* Experience across public cloud, private cloud or hybrid SAP landscapes
* Experience building practice offerings, accelerators or delivery capability
* An accounting qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
* Multi-client, multi-industry consulting experience
