We are currently recruiting experienced Groundworkers and Skilled Groundworker Subcontractor Gangs for a range of nationwide construction projects and civil engineering projects.
Location: Nationwide
Rate: Competitive - Negotiable (Individual or Gang Rates)
Start date: Negotiable
Duration: Ongoing / Long-Term projects
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Operation of 360 Excavators, Forward Tipping Dumpers and Ride-on Rollers
- Installing drainage systems (deep and shallow)
- Excavating and concreting foundations
- Reduce level excavations
- Concreting floor slabs
- Beam and block floor installation
- Laying paving slabs, kerbs and hard landscaping
- Reading and interpreting site drawings and levels
- Following all health & safety procedures to a high standard
Essential requirements:
- Valid CPCS or NPORS for 360 Excavator (above & below 10T), Dumper & Roller
- Demonstrable experience across all listed groundwork tasks
- Own tools, transport and PPE (if applying as a subcontractor gang)
- Full UK Driving licence preferred
- Willingness to travel for nationwide work
