Currently recruiting for Appletree House (Natland) and Willow Bank (Kendal) both are homes for children aged 6-12 years
As a member of our Care Team, you will be involved in the day-to-day care and support of our children, helping them to form life-changing attachments
Salary range Β£27,122 β Β£30,798 (42hr contract) plus Sleep-in shift payment of Β£68.25 per night which equates to Β£3,276 for 1 sleep-in per week over 48 weeks.
You will need:
- Sound communication skills, patience and resilience
- Relevant Level 3 qualification or willingness to work toward one
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills
- A drive to work with children, experience preferred
