Senior Designer, London | Creative Agency
I'm working with an exciting independent creative agency that is on the search for a Senior Designer / Design Lead.
This is initially a fixed-term contract until the end of 2026, with a strong intention for the role to become permanent in 2027.
Salary range is up to £55,000 depending on experience.
They're looking for someone who combines exceptional craft with genuine cultural awareness.
Someone with a brilliant eye for typography, colour, composition and detail, who can create work that feels contemporary, original and beautifully executed.
The studio works across campaigns, social, experiential, brand identity, packaging and content for some fantastic names in sport, fashion, lifestyle and culture, so versatility is important. Motion experience is a bonus, but not essential.
You'll be someone who
- Has around 6+ years' experience in an agency or brand environment.
- Creates thoughtful, beautifully crafted design across multiple touchpoints.
- Understands how brands connect with people through culture.
- Enjoys collaborating with creatives, strategists and production teams.
- Is curious about emerging creative tools and AI, and uses them intelligently.
