We’re looking for an experienced highways or construction professional to lead operational teams from our Whitby, Seamer Carr and Kirby Misperton depots. This role works across these 3 areas. These are areas with big investment, upcoming improvement schemes and plenty of satisfying hands-on work.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Supervisor, you’ll be the operational lead for highways works in your area. You’ll:
- Lead and motivate operatives, contractors and junior supervisors
- Ensure safety, quality and environmental standards are always met
- Plan labour, materials, plant and traffic management for daily delivery
- Maintain accurate records and monitor budget spend
- Coach and support team members to help them progress
Experience in highways or construction (Ganger level or above)
Knowledge of traffic management (TM1, TM2, T7)
Strong leadership and communication skills
A commitment to safe, high-quality work
Willingness to take on additional training (e.g. Winter 6159 Supervisor Unit 621)
