The successful candidate will be across all classes at Hawsker C of E Primary School, working alongside the class teacher. Our vision is for the whole community to ‘Flourish, Succeed and Let their Light Shine’, with our values of Hope, Community, Trust and Respect underpinning all that we do.

We are a forward-thinking Federation where our schools are at the heart of the community and we keep the traditional village primary school successes while at the same time embracing innovative developments. We have a really special and unique learning community with our friendly, welcoming children, close knit staff team and supportive, committed governors. Life at our federation schools is calm, purposeful and full of fun and we have the privilege of working with delightful children that make all our staff proud to be teaching.

The Heritage Coast Federation schools have a supportive, hardworking staff, bringing together two village schools under one Executive Head Teacher and one Governing Body. Our Federation brings lots of opportunities for collaboration, development and professional expansion. We expect the very best from our children and in return, we give them the very best education.
