Exclusive Therapies Ltd are looking for honest, reliable, motivated and caring individuals to join their team of 25 employees. They are currently working towards an ‘Outstanding’ rating from CQC and are moving into Supporting Living services. Exclusive Therapies Ltd support vulnerable adults, individuals with long-term conditions, sufferers of Dementia and individuals with Learning Disabilities.
They offer home care support including assistance with personal care, medication management, social activities, domestic support, shopping and cleaning. Shift patterns are between 7:30am-2pm and 3:30pm-10pm, with a set pattern of shifts over a rolling two-week rota.
The successful candidate will receive a mandatory training package and on-the-job training. Additionally, they will support carers to achieve Health and Social Care qualifications and provide a Christmas bonus. Exclusive Therapies Ltd are very supportive of both their carers and clients.
A car is not necessary for the role as long as you can get to Whitby and have a UK driving licence. Exclusive Therapies provide a company car with insurance to use between visits, along with paid travel time between clients.
It is a criminal offence for people who are barred from working in Regulated Activity (under the Safeguarding and Vulnerable Groups Act 2006) to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with adults at risk.
