Careers in school is vital in helping young people make informed decisions about their future. Whether pupils are choosing GCSEs, A-levels, apprenticeships, or further education pathways, they need access to clear, impartial careers advice. The choices they make today can open doors to future opportunities, helping them build the knowledge, skills, and qualifications that form the foundations of their ideal career. By supporting students to understand their options and aspirations, our careers department plays a crucial role in preparing them for successful and fulfilling futures.

  • Literacy & numeracy qualification e.g. Level 2 qualification or equivalent (GCSE 4/C or above)
Knowledge of careers/industry and/or working in a school is not essential but may be an advantage.

We can offer you

  • A school community that prides itself on engagement, generosity, dignity and inspiration
  • Access to Mental health and Wellbeing support services
  • Opportunities for CPD and career progression
