- Required as soon as possible to provide a reliable service transporting students in a responsible and competent manner to and from school ensuring the students arrive safely and on time.
- There may be the opportunity of overtime for school trips and sporting fixtures.
- You must hold a current, clean and valid driving licence (held for at least 2 years), hold a category D, or D1 or D1 (101) licence and a valid Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence), or be willing to undertake the required training.
- A MIDAS certificate and first aid training would also be desirable, or you should be willing to undertake the required training.
As of September 2026, the school will operate three, sixteen-seater minibuses operating school runs.
20 hours per week, term time only. 7.00 am to 9.00 am and 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm (these hours may vary slightly). We are also keen to hear from people who may be interested in some additional hours on an ad-hoc basis, as there are occasionally additional activities during the school day that this role could support. There would be additional pay for any additional hours.
Grade C D SCP 3-6 £25,989 per annum, pro rata. Actual salary: £12,178 per annum. Holidays will not be allowed during term time, unless under exceptional and approved circumstances.
We would consider job shares if two people were to apply and were happy to work either mornings only and/or afternoons only.
