Cleaning Operative Required as soon as possible. Experience working as a cleaner preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Cleaning toilets
  • Vacuuming
  • Polishing
  • Mopping and dusting
  • General cleaning of school premises

Salary & Hours:

Grade AB SCP 2 – £24,413 per annum pro rata (actual salary £10,556 per annum). 16 hours per week, full year, across 5 days after school.

Location:

Thirsk, North Yorkshire – Thirsk School & Sixth Form College, Topcliffe Road, Sowerby, YO7 1RZ.

Employment Conditions:

Permanent contract. Holidays not allowed during term time unless under exceptional and approved circumstances.
