Working Hours: 37 hours per term, plus 1 week (40 weeks per year) β term time only.
About this Role:
- Provide high quality leadership of a year group, setting a strong ethos and culture of respect in line with the aims of the school.
- Ensure high standards of individual pastoral care β responding quickly to issues, operating effective pastoral recording, tracking and monitoring, and delivering proactive planned interventions.
- Support high standards of student progress and attainment, supporting the school systems established by the senior leadership team and in liaison with Faculty Leaders.
- Reports to the Deputy Headteacher / Assistant Headteacher.
- No travel is required.
- Salary depends on current qualifications and experience.
