Hours/Working Pattern: Various, 7am - 2pm and 4pm - 10pm

Your dedication and kindness can make a world of difference. As a Community Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in improving the quality of life for individuals within our community.

In this role you will be:

  • Assisting with personal care tasks with dignity, respect, and promoting independence.
  • Supporting clients with medication management and administration and monitor health conditions.
  • Helping with meal planning, preparation, and ensuring dietary needs are met.
  • Providing assistance with light domestic tasks to maintain a comfortable safe living environment.
  • Engaging in meaningful companionship to enhance overall well-being.
  • Communicating effectively with clients’ families, and healthcare providers.

Full driving licence and car required for this role.
