North Yorkshire Councils seeks a Tribunal, Dispute Resolution and Complaints Lead to steer SEND tribunal appeals, complaints and dispute work for the 0β25 service.
You will coordinate responses with families, schools and partners, ensuring lawful outcomes and robust governance across SEND investigations.
You will guide senior leaders and caseworkers, shaping policy, training, and proactive dispute resolution while maintaining high standards of care for children and young people with SEND.
