Are you looking for a cleaning role with great benefits? We have an opportunity to join North Yorkshire Council, working at one of our schools. You will be a valued member of our team who will be reliable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities – Cleaner
You will be responsible for cleaning duties on site including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing fittings. Full training will be provided. The hours are between 16:00 – 18:30, totaling 12.5 hours per week over 5 days. No weekend work. Pay: £13.28 per hour.
Responsibilities – Caretaker (Optional)
In addition to cleaning, you may undertake caretaker responsibilities: locking the site, setting the alarm, completing maintenance jobs, ensuring the site is fully secure, cleaning outside areas, performing compliance checks, and replenishing consumables. Hours are between 06:15 – 08:15 AM and 18:30–19:00 PM, totaling 12.5 hours per week over 5 days. Pay: £13.28 per hour.
Notes: Cleaner position is Term Time Only plus 3 weeks. Caretaker position is 52 weeks of the year.
