Role Overview

We are recruiting a School Administrator to support the busy school office and oversee the newly acquired Barwic Hub.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate between the school and families
  • Manage finances, including paying invoices and maintaining budgets
  • Organise school trips and events
  • Administer and promote bookings for the Barwic Hub, ensuring its smooth operation
  • Support the Headteacher and School Business Manager in day‑to‑day office tasks

Qualifications

  • Clerical or administrative experience, preferably within a school
  • Experience using Arbor, Marvellous Me and ParentPay
  • Literacy and Numeracy Qualifications Level 2 or equivalent
