Salary

The salary is £13.47 per hour to £14.13 per hour, plus £30 for any weekend shifts worked.

Job Summary

We are recruiting a Relief Care and Support Worker at Fernbank Court in Selby, North Yorkshire.

This role focuses on providing personal care and supporting residents in maintaining independence.

No previous experience or qualifications are required, as training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care to residents, ensuring dignity and respect.
  • Participate in activities and promote independence.
  • Support residents in daily tasks and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Assist with managing facilities such as the hairdressing salon, therapy room, hobby room, and secure garden.
  • Work in other Selby facilities as required.
