Are you an inspiring Team Leader looking for a new challenge within North Yorkshire Council? As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the performance of a team of Intermediate Care and Support workers and Intermediate Senior Care Workers, including supervision, appraisal and performance management, taking a proactive approach to monitoring and managing sickness absence, including dealing with issues arising from sickness absence within the team.

Qualification Requirements

Whilst we require an NVQ level 3 in Care/Promoting Independence or CQF Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, we will support those who have a minimum of NVQ Level 2 Care/Promoting Independence or QCF Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care to achieve the Level 3 within 12 months of commencing in post.
