North Yorkshire Council is seeking a Tribunal, Dispute Resolution and Complaints Lead to manage SEND tribunal appeals, complaints and dispute resolution within our SEND Assessment Service (0–25). This role is based in Scarborough, North Yorkshire with travel across the county as required.
You will lead on SEND tribunals, work with families, schools, legal representatives and multi‑agency partners to secure lawful outcomes, supervise locality team managers and caseworkers, and ensure robust support.
