- Support valued staff through opportunities for career development and rewards; participate in fully paid training to fulfil career ambitions.
Qualifications and requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car for this role.
- Experience as a carer is not required; the role supports career development.
- Compliance with safeguarding and regulated activity requirements; awareness of the Safeguarding and Vulnerable Groups Act 2006.
