NYC is seeking a Reparation and Volunteer Development Officer to join the Youth Justice Team within the Children and Families Service – Early Help, based in Scarborough. The post is 18.5 hours per week, permanent, with a salary of £39,481–£44,253 per year pro rata.
You will recruit, train and manage volunteers, oversee Appropriate Adult Services, represent at Referral Order Panels and develop reparation schemes, benefiting victims and the community.
