We have an exciting opportunity for an Early Career Teacher to join our school for September 2026. We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational teacher with a secure knowledge of the curriculum and who is committed to delivering high standards of teaching and learning. We are looking for teachers who have the ability to provide a high-quality learning experience as well as the enthusiasm and energy to engage and motivate all children.

Your practice, ethos and approach to school life will shape the lives of our children, your colleagues and the school we are building. We are looking for a teacher who is dynamic, flexible, nurturing and inspiring, to work under the direction of our Executive Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher, supported by an experienced ECT mentor.

Job Purpose

Promote effective learning, appropriate achievement and educational, social and personal progress of all children for whom the teacher is designated as being responsible, consistent with the aims of the school. Are committed to ensuring every child achieves their maximum potential, working with the unique needs of each individual. You maintain high expectations of all the children you teach, and of yourself. You are a passionate, dedicated teacher. You are keen to play a key role in our school community, working closely with colleagues, parents and key stakeholders to support our vision of helping everyone to learn, grow and flourish.

To carry out the duties of a teacher set out in the statutory conditions of employment for teachers as defined in the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document.
