About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the appointment of 2 full time Business Support Administrators to provide administrative support to Parking Services within the Environment Directorate based at Scarborough Town Hall. Please be aware that your base may change to one of our other Scarborough based offices at the conclusion of a property rationalisation project taking place in the area.

Responsibilities

  • Processing parking permit applications
  • Dealing with permit queries and liaising with customers
  • Data entry
  • Collating and filing of information
  • Email management

About you

We require a motivated administrator with excellent communication and customer care skills. The successful applicant must demonstrate strong ICT proficiency along with good literacy and numeracy skills. You must be able to prioritise your own workload, be conscientious, well-organised, have the ability to work unsupervised and be flexible in your approach. You must respect the need for confidentiality of personal information and have knowledge of Data Protection, Equalities and Health and Safety requirements of working within an office environment.
