We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Brokerage Service within Health and Adult Services, playing a vital role in supporting adults to access the care and support they need to live independent, fulfilling lives. This is a key leadership position within a busy and highly valued service. You will lead and support a team of skilled Brokers, ensuring the timely delivery of high quality, outcome focused care and support for adults with a wide range of needs.

Working in a challenging and fast paced environment, you will:

  • Provide day‑to‑day leadership, guidance and support to the Brokerage team
  • Ensure effective sourcing and coordination of care and support packages
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with care providers and partner organisations
  • Respond confidently to complex situations and service pressures
  • Actively contribute to service development, continuous improvement and best practice
