We are currently seeking receptionists at Richmond Leisure and Wellbeing Hub. Part time and relief opportunities, to cover staff annual leave and sickness, are available. All hours are across seven days - Monday to Sunday.
What we need from you:
- Create a great first impression that positively represents the council.
- Provide helpful and professional support across all customer communication channels.
- Manage safe and secure access to the centre and effectively handle the point-of-sale (POS) system, including bookings, payments, and sales.
- Take ownership of customer issues, proactively assisting them or connecting them with the right colleague to resolve their needs.
- Demonstrate excellent administrative skills, strong organisation, and a flexible approach to daily tasks.
- Adopt a sales focussed mindset.
