We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑driven People Co‑ordinator to become a key part of our friendly and supportive People Team. You’ll be at the heart of our organisation—supporting colleagues across the Trust and helping ensure every stage of the employee journey runs seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for staff and managers
- Help manage absence processes and promote staff wellbeing
- Maintain confidential employee records with care and accuracy
- Deliver great recruitment experiences
- Support safer recruitment practices
- Welcome new starters and ensure smooth onboarding
- Manage People systems and support payroll processes
- Prepare contracts, letters and key documentation
- Assist with meetings, casework and employee relations processes
