Passionate about cooking? Looking for a role that fits around you? We are currently recruiting a Mobile Cook to cover in Northallerton, Catterick, Leyburn and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is reliable, enjoys variety and is looking for a flexible working pattern. You’ll travel between schools, taking in the stunning North Yorkshire landscape along the way.

As part of the role, you will:

  • Prepare and cook nutritious food within a budget following all food legislation.
  • Maintain an effective catering service operating to the highest standards of food safety.
  • Serve meals to students and staff.
  • Ensure food is ordered and manage stock levels.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment.
  • Record and document all relevant information following our food safety management system.

You will be required to use your own personal vehicle with business insurance. A mileage allowance of 55p per mile, plus travel time is also paid.
