Location: Northallerton, North Yorkshire. Northallerton, with hybrid and flexible working options available. We are looking to recruit two talented Marketing & Campaigns Executives to join our high-performing Marketing and Campaigns team. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver impactful marketing and communications activity across a wide range of services and audiences.
The Roles
- Commercial Marketing Executive - This role will focus on delivering commercial marketing activity in support of the NYES (North Yorkshire Education Services) account. Proven commercial marketing experience is essential. Experience within the education sector would be advantageous but is not required.
- Corporate Campaigns Executive - This role will support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of corporate campaigns and projects, working across multiple service areas.
About the Role
As a Marketing & Campaigns Executive, you will play a key role in the operational delivery of marketing and communications activity. You will:
- Support the planning, development, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns
- Use a broad mix of channels, tools, and techniques to effectively engage target audiences
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, partners, and external agencies to deliver high-quality communications
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, encouraging increased use of online services
- Help ensure campaigns are insight-led, measurable, and aligned with strategic priorities
About You
We are looking for motivated and creative professionals who can demonstrate:
- Strong knowledge of modern marketing and communications techniques
- Experience of audience segmentation and evaluating campaign performance
- The ability to work effectively with external agencies and stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a large and complex organisation
- A proactive approach to supporting organisational priorities through targeted communications
For the Commercial Marketing role, you must also have demonstrable experience in delivering successful commercial marketing activity.
