NY Highways seeks a Workshop Controller to lead the Northallerton workshop and MOT Centre. You will manage a team of mechanics, plan repairs, and ensure safety, DVSA compliance, and high service levels for our 460-vehicle fleet.
You’ll coordinate with the depot supervisor to keep equipment calibrated and staff development on track. You’ll bring City & Guilds Level 3 / BTEC National / NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent, and a Class C HGV licence.
