You will guide clients through minor home adaptations and coordinate delivery across the district, maintaining records and liaising with partners to arrange quotations.
You will work with Handypersons, Technical Officers and Occupational Therapy to ensure timely adaptations, manage your caseload, and provide ongoing information about HIA services
