Align Property Partners is seeking a proactive Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team in Northallerton. You will work on a varied portfolio including schools, leisure centres, heritage buildings, commercial offices and residential properties, ensuring safety, compliance and efficient operation.
You will carry out asset surveys, support statutory compliance (fire, electrical, gas, asbestos, water hygiene), maintain CAFM records, coordinate contractors, and help scope repairs and minor.
