The predicted salary is between 14.13 - 14.13 £ per hour.

Salary: £13.47 to £14.13 per hour plus £30 enhancement for each weekend shift worked and £44 enhancement for each night shift worked.

At The Orchards our priority is the people we support and making a difference to them. The Orchards is an Extra Care facility, delivering person centred care to those who require it within their own homes in the scheme. Extra Care Housing offers individuals the opportunity to live independently in their own self‑contained apartment while having access to care and support whenever it is needed. It combines the privacy and freedom of having your own home with the reassurance of on‑site care staff, 24 hours a day.

Our Extra Care Team provides personalised support tailored to each person's needs, including assistance with personal care, medication, meals, mobility, and daily living activities. We also promote wellbeing, independence, and social inclusion, helping people maintain control over their lives while remaining in a safe and supportive environment.

We are currently looking to recruit Care and Support Workers, and we are looking for people with the right values and behaviours to join us. You don’t need to have previous experience of working in care, nor do you need qualifications; we would be delighted to work with you to help you become an excellent care worker.
