As a Principal or Senior Transport Planner, you will lead on a wide variety of impactful projects for clients including local authorities and national park organisations across the region. Your role will span the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and design through to funding and delivery. This includes developing active travel schemes (from initial studies to detailed design), supporting school streets initiatives, preparing Transport Assessments, Statements and Travel Plans for new developments, and reviewing planning applications on behalf of local authorities. You will also contribute to business cases for national and regional funding bids and undertake transport modelling to inform decision-making.

- A proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, understand client needs, and effectively manage expectations.
- A high level of professionalism and integrity, with a strong commitment to safety, ethical decision‑making, and quality outcomes.
- Confidence working independently or collaboratively, whether directly with clients or as part of a wider project team.
