As a Care Support Worker, you will promote dignified and respectful care to ensure service users can lead fulfilling lives. Each day will be different, and you will play a key role in supporting people to achieve the things that matter to them by providing bespoke care. They will help you gain a Care Certificate and, after 6 months, support you in gaining an NVQ qualification.
Due to the mobile nature of this role, the successful candidate must hold a valid Driving Licence and access to their own vehicle. Travel time is paid: £12.71 and 35p per mile.
