We are currently looking for Relief Care workers to join us at Kirkwood Hall based in Leyburn. As a Care and Support Worker, no two days are the same. Your role will be to deliver care and support plans whilst continuing to encourage people to remain independent and in control of their own well-being. Working as part of a small, supportive team, you will work under clear instructions and guidance from senior colleagues.
The role is locality based allowing you flexibility in your work. Whilst your main base will be Kirkwood Hall, you will have the opportunity to work at other facilities across the location on occasion. There is an element of flexibility required for the role and as part of a 7-day service, you will be required to work some evenings and weekends for which we will pay an enhancement.

If you do not already hold the Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care that isn’t a problem, we will support you to achieve this through our apprenticeship training route.
