We are looking for Care Workers to join us at Kirkwood Hall based in Leyburn. As a Care and Support Worker, each day is different. Your role will involve delivering care and support plans while encouraging people to remain independent and in control of their own well-being, working as part of a small, supportive team under clear guidance from senior colleagues.

- Salary: £13.47 to £14.13 per hour
Responsibilities
- Deliver care and support plans for residents.
- Encourage independence and maintain control over well-being.
- Collaborate with a small, supportive team and follow instructions from senior colleagues.
- Work within a 7-day service on a rota basis, including days or nights, evenings and weekends, with appropriate enhancement pay.
- Maintain flexibility to work at other facilities within the location on occasion.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or willingness to achieve it via apprenticeship training.
- Successful enhanced Level DBS Disclosure (required for appointment).
- Proven ability to work with adults at risk and uphold safeguarding standards.
- Experience preferred but not required; training and support will be provided.
