Staveley Community Primary and Nursery School is part of the TIG Federation (Togetherness Inspires Growth), with Long Marston CE Primary and Kirk Hammerton CE Primary School. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Playworker to provide a caring environment in our After School Club. This will involve:
- organising a range of fun and inclusive activities for the children;
- supervising the children in school or in the outdoor areas;
- preparing snacks and setting up areas to be used for meal time;
- ensuring all activities are carried out safely and responsibly;
- reinforcing positive behaviour strategies in line with our behaviour policy.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about working with children; has a positive outlook; can take and act on advice, as well as working on their own initiative; is a team player and good communicator.

After School Club β 15:00-18:00 Monday to Friday. Contracted hours are 15:00-17:30; any occasions running to 18:00 will be considered overtime.
