Location: Selby and Surrounding Areas
Salary: Starting pay rate £13.00 per hour (Monday to Friday), £13.50 per hour Saturday and Sunday. Travel time is paid at £12.71 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care tailored to individual needs
- Supporting clients’ wellbeing, including helping them socialise and access their community
- Assisting with meal preparation and medication

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach to work
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage challenging situations
- Commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding
- A genuine dedication to providing high-quality care
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
