In October we will launch new Supported Housing services which will support people with complex life circumstances, particularly around mental health, substance use and offending to secure accommodation with support in order to develop the skills they need to move towards independence. The team also leads on the commissioning and development of Technology Enabled Care services across Adults’ and Children’s services, ensuring that people have access to the latest and most effective technology to maximise independence.
