Ashville College, Harrogate, is looking to appoint a Marketing, Admissions and Communications (MAC) Coordinator to join a fast-paced Marketing, Admissions and Communications Department in one of the North’s Top 10 independent schools (The Sunday Times, 2026).

This varied full-time, full-year, permanent role combines important administrative responsibilities with a role in touring prospective families and supporting the admissions and marketing activities to drive pupil recruitment. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, Admissions & Communications, you will organise events, coordinate and send key school-wide communications, support admissions and marketing initiatives and maintain accurate data. It will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to experience the full breadth of the Department.

Your skillset will include being dedicated, proactive, highly organised, detail-focused and confident working with people. Ideally, you will have experience in a customer-facing or marketing environment. A degree of flexibility will be required, including occasional evening and weekend commitments.

The salary is £27,000-£29,720 per annum, dependent on experience. Other benefits include free parking, free lunch, free access to the College’s gym and swimming pool for you and your family, and staff fee remissions.
