About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Business Support, we are looking to appoint a Part Time Business Support Officer, to support the Housing Management & Landlords Team, which aims to improve Housing Management, ensuring our portfolio of council owned housing meets all regulatory and legislative standards.
Ideally you will have a background in customer service and knowledge of housing regulations and landlord duties. The role will involve processing new tenancies and terminations on relevant systems, updating and maintaining spreadsheets, providing administrative support and responding to service enquiries.
You will support Team Leaders and Managers on service transition projects including quality checking and collating data. To be successful you must have good keyboard skills and experience in Word, Excel, Databases and Outlook.
About you
You must also have good literacy and numeracy skills, be able to prioritise your own workload, be conscientious, well-organised and have the ability to work independently whilst part of a small team. Full training will be given to the successful applicant.
