About the Role: An opportunity has arisen for a Part time Business Support Administrator to join our Harrogate team supporting the Adult Learning and Skills Service on a Fixed Term Contract. The post holder will support our operational team; duties will include consulting with tutors and disseminating information to tutors, staff, and learners. This support will include inputting data, dealing with telephone queries and email correspondence, managing course paperwork and general administrative duties.

Skills Required: You will need to be conscientious, flexible and a well-organised person. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential as well as the ability to work on your own initiative and as a member of our team. The Business Support Teams are based in local offices in Harrogate, Northallerton and Scarborough and support the service across the full county by working collaboratively. This role is based at Harrogate Civic Centre and is office based, ideally working the latter end of the week.
