Ashville College Sports Centre, a subsidiary of Ashville College, is looking to appoint a Bookings and Events Coordinator who will manage the current Ashville Sports Centre booking system, and support the Commercial Manager with site-wide external bookings and events and implementation of the new integrated CRM platform.

This varied new role provides administrative and practical assistance to the Commercial Manager supporting with the commercial growth of the subsidiary, ensuring that appropriate resourcing is available to maintain a safe and efficient operations Sports Centre, as well as effective administrative help with diary management, event set up and take down as well as basic bookkeeping (eg collating invoices and debt chasing).

You should also be able to demonstrate bookings/database experience, preferably in a customer-led leisure, events or education environment, and exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills.

This is a permanent, part-time, term-time only contract, working 30 hours per week, 9.00am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday. The FTE salary for this role is £30,000 per annum pro rata (£20,685). Other benefits include free parking, free lunch, free access to the College’s gym and swimming pool for you and your family, along with longer school holidays and staff fee remissions.
