This is a role where your support genuinely shapes the confidence, skills and success of others.
What you’ll do:
- Coach and assess a defined caseload of adult learners, planning learning, reviews and assessments around service needs.
- Use OneFile and Microsoft 365 to track progress, quality assure evidence and keep learners and managers informed.
- Work closely with our Lead IQA/Quality Team to meet awarding body and governing body requirements, including Safeguarding and Prevent.
- Build positive, professional relationships with Registered Managers and teams, removing barriers to learning and celebrating success.
About you:
- Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Adult Health & Social Care (or higher).
- Have (or are motivated to achieve) an Assessor qualification such as CAVA/TAQA – and we will fully fund and support you through induction, training, shadowing and mentoring.
- A confident communicator and organiser with strong customer care skills and attention to detail.
- Digitally fluent, adaptable, and able to manage priorities, meet deadlines and maintain high-quality records.
- Flexible and agile, able to support a diverse workforce across a large and varied county.
Working arrangements:
This is a hybrid and flexible role. You’ll have a base at one of our North Yorkshire Council locations, with the ability to work from home and other suitable locations. The role will involve travel across the county as needed.
