About the Role

  • Deputise for the Team Manager and support operational leadership
  • Lead on quality assurance, performance, and practice improvement
  • Coordinate and support safeguarding and complex casework
  • Provide line management to a small group of Social Care Coordinators and Wellbeing Officers
  • Champion strengths-based, trauma-informed and relationship-based practice
  • Mentor, coach and support colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes

You will play a key role in embedding Care Act principles, ensuring practice focuses on wellbeing, personalisation, and meaningful outcomes.
