Marton cum Grafton CE (VA) Primary School is a happy and thriving rural Church of England School achieving outstanding in all areas in our Ofsted visit in February 2025. Learning is engaging and inspiring and we have exceptionally high expectations for our children in terms of their academic achievements as well as personal, social and emotional development.

We are looking to appoint an early years teaching assistant who is vibrant, caring, flexible and inspiring to work under the direction of our Headteacher, SENCO and Classroom Teachers. We need someone who is a strong team player and wants to contribute to all aspects of school life.

As GTA you will support children in Early Years under the direction of the class teacher, which may mean at times that you are working with small groups or children who require further support. As MSA you will support the team in the lunch hall and in the playground to ensure a caring and safe environment. You would be required to work indoors and outdoors when supervising children to ensure their safety at all times.
