About the Role
You will be a valued member of our team who will be reliable, dependable and have a strong work ethic. Working for NYC as a Cleaner, you will be responsible for the cleaning duties on site including dusting, vacuuming and the cleaning of sanitary fittings. Full training will be provided.
Hours are between 3:30pm and 7pm with some flexibility on start and finish time and totalling to 16.5 hours per week. For this you will be paid £13.28 per hour.
In addition to this, we can offer the caretaker responsibilities of:
- locking after the cleaning is completed
- setting the alarm
- ensuring the site is fully secure
- opening the school in a morning from 7:30am
- carrying out all essential checks
For this we will pay you £13.28 to £13.47 per hour, usually working 7.5 hours per week, with some flexibility on start and finish times.
Enhanced Level DBS Disclosure is required for appointment to this post. It is a criminal offence for people who are barred from working in Regulated Activity (under the Safeguarding and Vulnerable Groups Act 2006) to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with adults at risk.
