The Camphill Village Trust is a registered charity formed of ten communities and services in England, offering opportunities for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and other additional needs to live, learn and work with others of all abilities in an environment of mutual care and respect.

You will have a positive and sensitive approach to supporting people with daily activities and enjoy helping people learn and explore new things. You may not have a lot of experience as yet, but if you share our values and want to make a difference to others' lives, we would like to hear from you. You must hold a driving licence and have the use of a car for this role.

The role involves
Working on a rota, including working shifts which cover both daytime, evenings and some weekends as well as bank holidays and sleeping over on some nights. Camphill Village Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all adults who use our services and as such expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
